Shipping
All items will be shipped UPS ground and will be insured. Next Day shipping is available. Shipping charges start at $12.

Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping fees. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Any items returned must be received in the condition they were originally shipped from Nancy Norton including signature packaging.

Repairs
Repairs will be made for a fee unless items are determined to be defective. Please contact Nancy Norton before returning any item for repair.
